Yummy
Nellie was very charming and so encouraging for my 9 year old granddaughter who
thoroughly enjoyed making the pastry.

Fun for kids
Did the class with my 10 year old son. He enjoyed it and we both learned a lot. Would
recommend if you have school aged children or teens keen on macarons.

What a wonderful class hosted by a terrific baker! Our host Clémentine was so kind and knowledgeable, she made the experience truly wonderful for my daughter and me. We were greeted warmly, hosted with care throughout the class, which was kept right on time. What a fun, hands on experience for our family. I encourage you to book, you will be delighted. We measured, we mixed, we baked, we filled, and of course we ATE macaroons!

Our class with Nadia as our instructor three days ago was fantastic! It was a small group – two parents each with one child (my daughter is 9), but I think the maximum was six attendees. The class started on time and lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes, and Nadia helped us find the location (contact info was provided a day or two prior). It was a small but perfect and clean venue. Nadia had prepared everything in advance so that the class went very smoothly and everyone got to try every step of the process. Her instructions were clear, concise, friendly and encouraging, but also helped us to improve our skills as we went along. We loved learning the little tips and tricks that make all the difference in the final product. As my daughter puts it, “the class is very quick and there are a lot of fascinating facts about macarons.” In the end we went home with ten beautiful and delicious macarons with a variety of filling flavor combinations that my daughter was proud to share but wanted to keep all for herself, as well as a cute Macaron Pastry Chef Certificate. Highly recommended!
